SkalpD was founded by Ashleigh Welsh, a 37-year-old Scottish Entrepreneur, Hair Replacement expert and Mum of 3.
Designs first started in 2020 and the company officially began trading in 2022. With 13 years of experience in hair loss solutions, Ashleigh has trained extensively in various techniques, including mesh integration and CNC, and has developed her own innovative methods to meet the unique needs of her clients.
SkalpD emerged from Ashleigh's recognition of a gap in the industry: realistic hair loss solutions were often prohibitively expensive. She wanted to create an affordable option that didn't compromise on realism or quality.
At SkalpD, our mission is to make our advanced hair loss system accessible to women worldwide by partnering with top salons. We are committed to providing exceptional aftercare and support, ensuring both our partners and their clients receive the best possible experience.
Looking ahead, Ashleigh has big plans to grow SkalpD globally.
